Description

This line, in close collaboration with the radiochemistry group led by Dr. Jordi Llop. It aims at understanding how nanomaterials are processed in vivo, their fate, stability, degradability and aggregation in vivo are traced by PET/SPECT techniques. Complex radiolabelling strategies are carried out to follow the degradation processes in nanomaterials after in vivo administration. Work is conducted at cell level combining Raman Confocal Microscopy, and Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy.
