Postdoctoral Seminar: Materials for Bone and Cartilage Regeneration

Based on the combination of cells, biological signals and carrier materials, our lab is devoted to generate bioinspired and biomimetic implantable approaches useful in skeletal organ context.  In this presentation, the working field will be introduced and our latest results will be presented, among others:  The role of BMP-2 as biological signal during bone formation, and;  The applicability of synthetic and natural polymers as implantable materials.
