Jordi Llop, Group Leader of the Radiochemistry & Nuclear Imaging group at CIC biomaGUNE, has been appointed as the Vice President of the European Society for Molecular Imaging (ESMI). The announcement was made at the ESMI's recent annual meeting.

Fabian Kiessling, a professor of radiology at the University of Aachen, will take over from the current President, Michael Neeman.
