CIC biomaGUNE has been working for years on tools that enable communication without gender bias.

As a result of this effort, we have created the "Guía de Lenguaje Inclusivo", a document that was released by the Equality Committee on 15 July as a contribution so that through language we can add value to diversity and respect, even more if possible, our differences.

This guide (in Spanish) includes a conceptual framework, the use of language as a construction of social reality, the use of pronouns and determiners without gender, avoiding the use of gendered adverbs and a call to use inclusive, non-sexist language.
