The project entitled Rational screening program of stabilizer compounds of the transthyretin Aß-binding site as potential modulators of Alzheimer's' aims to advance the search for therapies for Alzheimer's disease, studying the interaction between protein transthyretin (TTR) and beta-amyloid (Aß) peptide at the computational and structural levels. The project, in which the the Radiochemistry Laboratory and the Molecular Imaging Plaform of CIC biomaGUNE are participating, is coordinated by the Institute of Advanced Chemistry of Catalonia (IQAC-CSIC).
The kick-off meeting will held the 10 of February 2015 at CIC biomaGUNE.
