CIC biomaGUNE has approved its 2nd Gender Equality and Diversity Plan (GEDP), coinciding with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

This milestone underscores the organization’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.

The plan was developed with Elhuyar’s technical assistance and shaped through surveys, Focus Groups, and the work of the Negotiating Commission, HR and Management.

The GEDP reflects months of collaboration to address key areas for improvement in gender equality and diversity. A detailed report on the plan is now available here.
